A Giant Panda Adventure!

Our Primary pupils have been putting their Talk for Writing skills into action as part of an exciting writing competition!

The inspiration for their stories came from a very special visitor — a giant panda teddy! Each day, the children received a new camera feed showing what the panda had been getting up to. From riding a bike and making phone calls to making friends with our very own school dogs, the panda certainly had some exciting adventures! 

The pupils’ responses were incredible, and it was fantastic to see their creativity, imagination and writing skills shine through. 

One lucky winner took the giant panda teddy home as their prize, while every pupil who took part received a certificate to celebrate their fantastic effort and excellent work. Well done to everyone who took part — we have been so impressed with your wonderful writing!
