Autumnal Arts
For our first Art Week this year we took inspiration from the beautiful autumn colours around us combined with International Artists Day. Each class chose an artist to base their work on and were challenged to produce two pieces of art: an autumnal themed piece in the style of the artist and a second piece that could be based on anything inspired by the artist.
Some artists chosen include Yayoi Kusama, Jackson Pollock, Salvador Dali and even local artist Sam Fenner!
The students produced a range of beautiful autumnal pieces using a variety of mediums and created some fantastic displays for their classrooms and corridors!
