Diwali Rangoli
Primary 1 have been busy learning about Diwali and creating ‘Rangoli’ plates using gems.
Diwali is the Hindu festival of light.
Rangoli is a type of decoration drawn on the ground or sidewalk in front of a house and it is used to welcome Hindu gods to the household. They are bold, bright, colourful patterns.
Primary 1 did a fantastic job using their gems to make their own Rangoli patterns.
