Godly Play VIsit
The Primary pupils had a visit from Godly Play practioners Rachel Cramp and Helen Laird, who work with the three local Anglican Churches of Claines, St. Stephens and St. Georges.
Mrs. Laird shared the story of the Holy Family with the pupils and encouraged them to ‘wonder’ and ask questions before spending time reflecting on the story and creating images of the Nativity using a range of craft resources. Afterwards, the group shared a drink and a biscuit together. The session ended by passing a heart around the circle and everyone sharing something that they were thankful for.
It was a wonderfully enriching experience for the boys, and we look forward to seeing them again.
