Worcestershire Wildlife Work Experience

Today the year 10 groups took part in a morning of work experience with Worcestershire Wildlife Trust.

They learnt how to use tree poppers, miniature tree poppers, pic axes and hack saws to take up some of the intrusive trees that were infringing on the pathway.

Despite the heat, the students did a great job clearing a vast amount of the protected land and earnt a well-deserved lunch break in the shade of a tree with a view of the rhinos at the local Safari-park.

We look forward to returning again later in the year!
