The Big Primary Quiz

The Year 6 students decided, as part of their PSHE lessons, to raise awareness and money for Maggs, a local charity who support the homeless and the vulnerable in Worcester.

They planned a quiz across the whole of primary. Each class helped with the organisation and created their own rounds based on things they have been learning in their class. There was also a music round and performance led by Gareth from Severn Arts.

As well as the quiz, primary organised a tombola, a raffle and a cake sale. Posters were also created as part of their English persuasive language/features unit. Pupils invited their parents in for this event (thank you for all that could make it! It was lovely seeing you in our school!)

Primary managed to raise an amazing £90 for Maggs. A big well done and thank you to our pupils, families and staff for all the support. And a thank you to Erin from Maggs for joining us!
