All the pupils were excited about the visit as prior to the visit, pupils discussed what they would like to find out. They asked questions that mattered most to them and in relation to The House of Commons. They were excited to hear that our school got mentioned in the House of Commons, alongside this Tom spoke about what happens in parliament daily voting, bills, committees and challenging the work of Government. Tom continued to explain that an MP’s job isn’t written down he is there to speak for what he believes in and uses his superpower to help business, health, transport and education grow in society for the better.
