Riverside Announces Pupil Parliament Leader for 2026
The Riversides Pupil Parliament is now in session. Following some wonderful party election speeches and a school wide vote, Mr Green was happy to announce our new Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minster for the new school Government at Friday’s assembly.
Each class has an elected MP who will serve to represent their classmates’ views to improve the school. They will act as a bridge between students and staff, meeting regularly to discuss improvements, influence policies (like uniform or lunch), and lead on school projects. This will start fostering leadership skills and active citizenship. A big well done to all involved!
