National Poetry Day and Black History Month
This week at Riversides we’ve kicked off a busy and exciting time as we prepare to celebrate National Poetry Day and Black History Month. In a special music lesson, our pupils explored music from around the globe in a fun and inspiring session, and discovered how musical notes and rhythm can represent poetry. It was a wonderful way to combine cultural learning with creativity and help students see the connections between different art forms.
