Mencap Careers Visit
Our Year 11 students recently welcomed visitors from Mencap, the national charity supporting people with learning disabilities. The session gave students an inspiring look into the wide range of career opportunities within the care and charity sectors. Representatives from Mencap spoke about their roles, the skills needed to work in health and social care, and the rewarding impact of supporting others to live independently. It was a valuable opportunity for students to explore future pathways and gain insight into meaningful careers that make a real difference.
