The Technology Station Visit
During our visit to The Technology Station in Malvern, students were given opportunities to immerse themselves in a range of hands-on STEM activities. Students explored how magnets are created allowing them to test different metals, discovered how radars are used and how they can detect objects allowing them to see and use a smaller radar, and used thermal imaging equipment to see under heat. These engaging, practical experiences encouraged their curiosity while bringing science and technology to life. The visit inspired students to think about real world applications and what carers are available in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, inspiring them to consider future opportunities within these fields. Thank you to Platform for organising!
