Careers In Politics | Local MP Visit
Today the school welcomed our local MP Tom Collins to talk to our secondary students about a career in politics. Tom spoke about life as a politician, and how he helps and supports business, education and health to make Worcester a safe and secure place to live. The students enaged well with this visit and had a range of questions available for Tom to answer. Tom alongside our Executive Head Teacher Mr Ian Enwright had a tour of the school and spent time speaking to the students throughout the school.
Tom anounced to the school that Riversides School was named in the house of commons as 1 of the 3 schools to be accepted as early adapters to breakfast club.
